Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway in Budapest, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that turned out to be a culinary gem. The Eurostars Cafe & Bar offered a unique blend of Hungarian and international cuisine, which made every meal something to look forward to. On the first morning, the breakfast buffet featured freshly pressed orange juice that awakened my senses, and the selection of local dishes was a delightful surprise for someone like me-accustomed to high-altitude trekking food. My taste buds danced with every bite. Each dinner was equally impressive, with dishes that paid homage to Hungarian traditions while embracing modern culinary innovation. The elegant hotel lobby sets the stage perfectly as you venture into the restaurant. It felt sophisticated, but not pretentious, making it an inviting spot for travelers. What stood out, however, was the warmth of the staff. They were more than helpful, offering spot-on recommendations that enhanced my stay.
